These Terms of Service govern your use of the CozyBelly website and any purchase you make here. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes only where stated at checkout. The total for your order is shown at checkout before payment. Bundle offers such as “Buy 2, get 1 free” apply as described on the product page and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

4. Product information and safe use

CozyBelly is a comfort product for babies from newborn to 12 months. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Photos and copy are illustrative.

Heat the insert only as described in the instructions, and always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist or forearm before use. It should feel warm, never hot.
Always supervise your baby while the band is in use, and follow your pediatrician’s safe-sleep guidance.
Check the band before each use and stop using it if it is damaged.
If your baby’s crying is persistent or comes with fever, vomiting, poor feeding, or any other concern, contact your pediatrician.

5. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund Policy, and order changes by our Cancellation Policy. Those documents form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, resell our content, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The CozyBelly name, text, images, and page design are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party brand names and markings shown on products belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CozyBelly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our business is registered. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest revision, and the version in force is the one published when you order.
